The AI Skeleton Video: Why This Format Breaks the Algorithm

I made 10M+ views from 2 videos. Not 200 videos. Two.

That number gets a reaction every time I mention it. The real question isn't how many views though. It's what type of video generated them, and why. The answer is the AI skeleton video, and once you understand why it works, you'll understand why most creators are leaving views on the table.

What a Skeleton Video Actually Is

A skeleton video uses AI to generate the visual foundation of a TikTok (the "skeleton" of the content) while keeping the hook, script, and TikTok Shop link human-driven and conversion-focused.

It's not a talking-head video. It's not a screen recording. It's not a slideshow with text. It's a specific format that looks native to TikTok's feed, moves at the right pacing, and most importantly, it doesn't look like an ad.

That last part is what most creators miss. TikTok users are trained to scroll the instant they sense they're being sold to. The skeleton format sidesteps that reflex because the visual presentation is engaging before you've asked for anything.

Why TikTok's Algorithm Pushes It

TikTok's algorithm has one job: keep people on the app. It does that by measuring two things above everything else: completion rate (did they watch to the end?) and rewatch rate (did they watch it again?).

Skeleton videos are engineered to score well on both metrics for a specific reason: they move.

Traditional talking-head product videos have a static visual. Someone standing in frame, talking. The viewer's eye has nothing new to track. Attention drifts. They scroll.

A well-produced skeleton video has continuous visual motion. The eye keeps moving. Completion rate goes up. When completion rate goes up, the algorithm interprets the video as interesting content and pushes it to more feeds. More feeds means more views. More views means more product link clicks.

The math compounds quickly. That's where 10M+ views from 2 videos comes from. Not luck, not one video going randomly viral, but a format that consistently performs above baseline because it's built around how the algorithm actually scores content.

The Gap Most Creators Don't See

Here's what I watch creators do wrong: they hear "AI video" and assume it means low effort. Generate something, slap a product link on it, post it. That approach produces content that performs at or below average because the AI output isn't optimized for TikTok Shop conversion. It's just optimized to look decent.

The skeleton video method isn't about automating the work. It's about using AI to handle the visual production layer so you can put all of your judgment into the parts that actually drive sales: the hook, the script structure, and the product link placement.

Remove the wrong friction. Keep the right judgment. That's the system.

What Changes When It Works

When you get this right, a few things happen:

Your output scales. Traditional product video creation has a ceiling. You can only film and edit so many videos per day. The skeleton format removes most of that ceiling. The bottleneck shifts from production to ideas, which is a much easier constraint to solve.

Your results become more predictable. Because the format is repeatable and the variables are controlled, you can identify what's working faster and double down on it. My analytics started making sense once I had consistent format data to compare.

Brand deals get easier to land. When you can show a brand a consistent format with documented view counts and conversion data, the pitch conversation changes. You're not asking them to take a chance on you. You're showing them a system with a track record.

The full skeleton video method (the specific AI tools, the prompt structure, the production workflow, and the settings) that generates 10M+ view videos is covered in detail inside the Founders Bundle. What I've described here is the concept. The bundle is the execution.

If you want to see it working before you decide, look at the videos on my TikTok. Every top-performing one was made using this system.
